Councilmember Jim Graham will speak about his newly introduced bill for meaningful reform of rent control, eliminating the PLUS-2 percent increase, and other reforms vitalto help keep the city affordable. Keynote speaker Councilmember Anita Bonds who has been convening a roundtable on affordable housing will also speak on her efforts. Also,a panel of experts, including Jenny Reed of the D.C.
